This is an event run for members only, and will be your last long training run before the London Marathon (or any other marathon).
You can run up to a distance of 22 miles.
i.e. you can run any distance you prefer, up to the full total of 22 miles. You can elect to do any distance you feel comfortable with, or a distance that your coach has suggested would be beneficial to your training schedule.
This is your run. It is your chance to do all the things in practice before the big day.
Run the distance you want to, and the pace you have decided.
The route starts/finishes at Rayleigh Cricket Ground, Rawreth Lane, Rayleigh, SS11 8SP.
£ 3.00 per runner to cover the hire costs.
Gates will be open from 8am, for a 8:10am start for the 10min/mile+ pace group.
Groups will then be set-off at intervals up to the fastest pace group at around 8:30am so please arrive in good time.
There will be water stations at every mile, from mile 3 onwards.
Please remember we need drivers and helpers to volunteer to ensure the smooth running of this event, so please do ask any non running partners/family or friends to help out.
