Benfleet Running Club organise regular Running Beginners Courses.

Why not join our social running group designed for any starting ability?
Our 6 week course is a varied mix of coaching and conditioning sessions, in a relaxed and pleasant setting. It will get you running, improve your technique and help you to run a bit faster.
Led by our UK: Athletics trained coaches, with a wealth of knowledge and experience, we will guide you to get fit, complete your first race, or train for any event from 3k to marathon (and beyond!)
We will take you from non-runner to completing a 5k parkrun in 6 weeks.
All our coaches have first aid training, and have full CRB / DBS enhanced disclosures, and have a wealth of knowledge, backed with an array of qualifications to ensure we offer the best training environment.
