BENFLEET R.C 2017 AGM

The Anchor Inn, Benfleet at 8:15pm
It is proposed to hold our annual meeting as above and a full agenda will be published later but the main item will be forming the Committee to administer the club for another year. Listed below are the current holders of committee positions and an indication of who will be standing for re-election . This is to assist members to decide who they would like to run the club.
You can volunteer for any of the listed jobs or you can nominate a person but they must agree to being put forward.

In addition to the list of committee members above it is planned to increase the size of the committee as follows:
CO-CHAIRMAN – NICK RANKIN
NEW MEMBERS COORDINATOR – BARBARA OLIVER
CO-SOCIAL SECRETARY – NEIL CASEY
KIT MANAGER – NIKKI LEIGH
Replace the head coach position with :-
Coaching coordinator and Senior Athletes Coach – Kevin Steed
Youth Coach – Ian Pike
Junior Athletes Coach – ( to be confirmed)
NB1/ The Triathlon secretary—Paul Ruffy will continue in the position but has chosen not to be a committee member.
NB2/Terry Spooner will stand as the clubs Welfare officer , but will not be a committee member in order to remain completely independent when required.
To implement these changes we will be asking the AGM attendees to agree to the change in the constitution that is required.
