Training Schedule February

The November Club Training Plan is available here to download, However, apart from the session on Tuesday the 3rd which will go ahead, it is for individual use only.

We are meeting at  Hockley Woods car park, SS5 4RQ this Thursday at 7.00 pm for the club run.
