Sikhs in the City Dawn to Dusk 2016 10K
An excellent result for Benfleet’s Brain Venton to close out the year. Taking part in the Dusk to Dawn 2016 10K organised by the Sikhs in the City Running club in Ilford, Brian managed his first place podium position, finishing in a remarkable 43:00.
Wife, Samantha Venton put in a close to 6 minute Personal Best at the same race, completing the course in 63:26
Greenwich Park 10K (December)
Benfleet’s Mark Cowan scored a course PB at the Greenwich Park 10K. Comprising of three laps of the park with a grueling hill on each lap Mark did exceptionally well to secure a time of 52:17.
