Mark Cowan took part in the Abingdon Marathon in Oxford. He completed the windy course in 04:11:32
Mark supporting a runner at the finish. Lady Runner Olga 641 who runs for Abingdon collapsed at the finish line and was helped by the medical team. She recovered and was fine the next day.
