Benfleet Running Club had a robust team turnout at the Vitality London 10,000.
Carrying on his PB haul, first runner home Andy Low shaved 55 seconds off his previous 10k in 36:31. Second runner home was Ciaran Byrne in 41:11. Next to cross the line was Roy Harwood in 44:16, followed by Michael Bebbington in 45:05. Qualifying around the 46-minute mark was Jayne Stacey (46:16), Shelley Hall (46:19), Barry Key (46:57) and Ian Banthorpe (46:57). Steve Wise, Stuart Mcmeekin, Sean Allison and Mark Cowan completed the course in 47:03, 48:40, 49:44 and 50:03 respectively.
