The initial event of the 2018/2019 cross country season is the Essex XC Relays on the 29th September at Gosfield School, Halstead, CO9 1PF.
This event is suitable for all runners, whether you have XC experience or not, it involves teams of 4, each running a 5 K lap. For U17 its teams of 3 running 3 K each.
The club will pay entry and would like to put in as many teams as possible, if you are interested please let Kevin Stead or Ian Pike know. There will be a facebook post put up soon you can respond to.
