This weekend a mad few drove 1 hour and 15 mins to run the cross country in a bitter wind across Horesheath Point To Point – an open course with no protection from the cold!!
A slightly smaller field than normal probably due to the distance from home but still some great results achieved by all, especially the night after Xmas drinks!
The men came 10th with Andrew Low (57th) leading the way for BRC followed closely by Graham Booty (89th) then Alan Clark (98th). Next was Roy Harwood, Ian Pike, Nick Rankin & Doug Stephens all finishing in the top 125 of 180 runners.
The men are 9th out of 12 (Div 1) on the Saturday league after 3 races and 7th out of 25 in the Vets league
