Club Training Plan July 2021

The November Club Training Plan is available here to download, However, apart from the session on Tuesday the 3rd which will go ahead, it is for individual use only.

This Saturday there is a training session run by Kevin Stead, meeting at School Lane car park, South Benfleet. 9.00 AM start, lasting about 1 hour, all welcome.
