Benfleet Running Club put in a fantastic performance at the Sunday South Essex Cross Country this season which is run between November and February and this year consisted of 4 races (normally 5).
These are the final tables that show we won all 4 races by some margin and were crowned the seasons winners.
Points are calculated on an individuals runners position, ie 1 point for 1st, 2 points for 2nd etc therefore the less points you score the better. Scoring is based on 7 men (2 vets) + 4 women (1 vet).
