From the 1st of May, we will be starting a new adult training schedule. We hope to offer a greater number of training options in a more structured form, this will also involve having more running group leaders to take sessions.
During April we are going to start trialling effort sessions on Thursday evenings, with a long run option available on either Tuesday or Thursday.

As we make changes we are bound to come across problems so please bear with us in this transitional period.
